Aneta Kernová

Aneta Kernová is a Czech-Slovak contemporary artist and filmmaker whose practice moves between painting, moving image, fashion and performance.

Her visual world, NAIVISTA, began as an approach to painting built around intuition, fragmented portraiture and stream-of-consciousness composition, and later expanded into wearable and performative forms.

Her original paintings have been exhibited in Prague and NYC, acquired by private collectors and commissioned for private and commercial spaces internationally.

NAIVISTA entered fashion through a presentation during Paris Fashion Week in 2023 and later appeared at New York Fashion Week in 2025. Kernová's wider practice in cinema and performance informs the psychological and narrative character of her paintings, which frequently behave less like static compositions than scenes occurring simultaneously.
